The more I listen to that song, the more I like it! Here's a verse:
And I keep my secrets well
Move on and never tell
Some day they'll show
And you raised me to be cruel
You raised me like a bruise
I'm bleeding still
And because everything is connected...
I watched "Restless" again for a C&S discussion. I hadn't watched it for a while and I was really impressed. That episode is such a gem, especially Xander and Giles' dreams. Xander who says he's moving forward (like a shark) and is bleeding still in Giles'dream.
I wish that everybody could see the beauty that is "Restless". I wonder what I like the most, the clues and meaningful stuff or the pure poetic nonsenses like Giles swinging with Spike and saying "A Watcher scoffs at gravity" or like Anya and her "I think I've figured out how to steer by gesturing emphatically".
Of course in Buffy's section I became shallow and kept thinking "how can she bloody fight with those shoes?" (what? You don't think I use "bloody" in my head when watching BTVS?)
Restless was pure poetry.
