Women's Day must be Buffy's Day

I know that some viewers didn't take Joss' finale metaphor as a feminist message and I don't want to start the same old discussion about "Chosen" AGAIN, but female empowerment was the central metaphor of BTVS so I wish that every woman in the world would realize she could be a Slayer, that she could stand up for herself and hers, that she wasn't doomed to shut up and bend her head or walk several feet behind a man, that she could make her choices and hers only.
I love men, I'm overall happy to be a woman, but I'm aware that I'm fortunate and priviliged for living where I live and I have travelled enough to know that being a woman still suck in many countries.
I wish that all those women could watch Buffy.
