When I was in Canada over the summer I noticed they sold Côte d'Or. (Ah, a little bit of expensive home far away from home...)

You should also try Galler (http://www.galler.com/rubriques/?keyRubrique=batons_et_tablettes) (yes they have chocolat noir with praliné filling) and if you're very daring Dolfin (http://www.dolfin.be/), their chocolat noir au poivre rose is heavenly.
