I watched the last Lost and I really enjoyed the episode.

I like the idea of telling the taillies' 47 days within one episode. The change of pace was refreshing and suited what happened. They got it rougher than our first group.
I didn't buy for a second that Nathan was the spy, it was obviously a mislead, even his name which sounded too much like Ethan! So if it wasn't him it had to be Goodwin since both were no longer there when Sawyer, Michael and Jin joined the group. So no I wasn't suprised when he killed Nathan. Not only he was coming from the jungle, not wet indeed (but after all so was Jack in the first episode), but also something was off with him from the beginning.
I think that Ana-Lucia is a cop, the way she fights, her suspicious mind and her tricks gave it away. But since the group kind mirrors the other one (with Libby we have a healer), there might be a second cop. Or it's only that since Kate is a fugitive, her counterpoint had to be a cop.
Eko is still very interesting, and totally Locke's counterpoint in the tracker and mystical departments. 40 is a biblical number btw (40 days in the desert for both Moses and Jesus, 40 years journey for the Hebrew...).
So the others would take only the good ones, leaving those who still have to fight their own demons, therefore taking the children because they are good and innocent? Mmmm...really? Not sure I like that.

A few infos about the album I'm listening to. Yvon le Quellec is a friend of mine and a Mathematics teacher. He's also a harpist, devoted to his celtic harp and to Harpo Marx, a composer and a singer (either in French or in Breton). I hadn't seen him for 3 years, but I knew he was playing and eventually I went to his gig on Saturday in a church and it was like finding a new Yvon, seeing a new man I didn't know. I had never realized until then that he was a real musician, playing celtic harp for almost 30 years, and that it was so serious. I thought it was simply a hobby and something that had to do with his Breton roots. Celtic harp is actually very nice and he can sing.

Isn't it nice to find our friends are not who we thought they were sometimes? Sounds like you enjoyed the music.

I did.
I was a bit worried when I went to the concert because Celtic music can be repetitive as Hell, especially when there's only one instrument and it's celtic harp, but it was quite varied: Traditional Celtic songs but also canticles, pieces from Renaissance and Yvon's own compositions based on either Bretton feelings or classical music, or some bits that were just contemporary music, almost experimental music. He even played a bit of Jazz in the end.

He's a pianist first but he kinda fell in love with his Celtic Harp. I think it's a Breton thing.

What did you think exactly? That it's a girls' instrument?
When you see how his fingers run across the harp and pinch the strings, actually you can't help imagining them doing other things...

IoI No, I ... well, I thought of "herpes". Sorry.

Actually, when I think of harp - I think of Hendel. Hardly anything girly about it. :-)
