General Season 2 spoilers:

09/13 - This thing in the Hatch can be called by two different words:
One is three letters and starts and ends with two letters that are right next to each other in the alphabet. The other is seven letters long and starts and ends with the same letter. Source: Kristin on E!Online

 This is annoying because TOILET is only 6 letters

but LOO fits in for the first word....3 letters, and L and O are next to each other in the alaphabet!!!!

ETA: That's it, I don't know anymore my alphabet! Loo doesn't work.

Actually I didn't think that American people used the word "loo"...so I might be completely wrong and too obsessed with THAT place.

Or Kristin doesn't know to count and it's "toilet" indeed!

'Loo' doesn't work either - l and o are only right next to each other in the alphabet if you leave out m and n.
It's a pity, because I liked your idea.

Hmm. Three letter words beginning and ending with letters that are right next to each other in the alphabet? I can come up with quite a list, but none that go with the other clues in the riddle ("some of you where there this morning" and/or a synonym with seven letters beginning and ending with the same letter).
