Not so tidy

I've done all the marking I wanted to do today.

4 days left and still many papers but I'm speeding up now...I'm gonna make it, I'm gonna make it!

But my desk is a mess!

Actually it could be worse since most of the papers were still on the kitchen table when I took the pic!

LoL! Reminds me of the bookcases in my den that I've been rearranging. I started that about a month ago, and haven't finished yet. But I'm definitely doing that next week.

Oh my! That's so my desk in my rent house. I haven't been there for so long that the mice are probably nesting in it. What nests in yours?

Heehee.... I even have the dictionary equivalents, English/Latin (2 different actually), English/French, English/German (a well-used Langenscheidt - of course!), English/Dutch, and English/Polish. I miss having my translation dictionaries at hand, I may have to dust them off and bring them down here.

But it does have the appearance of ordered clutter... I bet you know what and where everything is on that desk, even to the stacks of papers.

That's a lot of paper! My desk ain't that messy. And it's messy!

But I also stack food and empty mugs and glasses on it, so I win!!

The piles of paper you've got are bigger and more neatly arranged.
The lamp seems familiar - I've got a (now off-)white version bought in 96 at the Warrington IKEA.
Weekend will be desk clearing time for me - I need to start filing away all the stuff used this school year.
