Things you enjoy, not because you have to but because you want to, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag five friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1) Reading crime novels and mysteries, and the darker the better...

2) Going to the movies. If the film was good and when you leave the theatre it's like being high on something, you float in the streets.

3) Listening to good music with a cat on my lap.

4) Watching Spike moving on screen...well actually it doesn't really lower my blood pressure, but it's VERY enjoyable!

5) Having quality time with my computer ( imagine all what you want!)
