I've seen his name before, but seem to be able to drone out anything that mentions him.
A possibility for missing this bit of strange folklore is that he speaks French and that he hasn't appealed to the Flemish just yet.

Still, the name sounds familiar. I'm gonna consult P. on this one. He reads the French newspapers as well. ;-)
