I knew it !

I knew it would happen to me soon or later. How could I think that I was different?

That's it , I like Veronica Mars, I could even say that I'm almost hooked and I might even be about to 'ship Veronica/Logan !

I really liked Mars vs. Mars.

Of course I cringed over the bits about the fall of Roman empire, but if you put the rough History apart (which was the evidence Mr Rooks was not such a good teacher after all!), it was a good episode.

Of course Veronica is  too smart to be real (and if she looks 17 I' m 25 years old as well !), but simulating a realistic world isn't the point of the show after all. Btw thanks to the stylish flashbacks and to Veronica's own oddity, the series isn't a new teen soap ala Beverly Hills or Melrose Place.

Above all the father/daughter duo is priceless. And some lines are simply so witty it would be a shame to not enjoy them! That girl has a gift for repartee!

Oh and Veronica thinking "Is that Mick Jagger? " when she heard the music at Mr Rooks' made me giggle.

Having said that, I still think it's far from being as good as BTVS...and even though the V/L pairing works well eventually, I don't understand what certain she-viewers see in Logan.

Hee! It's a lovely show. I've only watched S1, but I can assure you that Logan will grow on you (I really like him - but I haven't got an icon...).

As I understand it. The WB is merging with the UPN and they will be known as the CW (thankfully, it wasn't the WC [Water Closet]!). So that's UPN+WB=CW (http://money.cnn.com/2006/01/24/news/companies/cbs_warner/index.htm). And all of this happens next September. Thankfully, one of my favorite shows, Gilmore Girls, from the WB will be on the CW. BTW, the 'C' stands for CBS which is another broadcast network in the US and controlled UPN; and the 'W' still stands for Warner Brothers.

Now in that article I linked, they say Veronica Mars will still be a show on the new network. But I have heard elsewhere that Veronica Mars is on the bubble. But maybe with the merger it might get new legs. Oddly enough more people at the CNN poll concerning the new network say they will be less likely to watch the new CW rather than the old WB or UPN.
