Finishing what I started

I don't know Ats as much as I know BTVS, I don't think it's half as good most of time, and I only own the DVDs of season 5, but now here's 

1) Your least favourite season? Why?

Season 3. I didn't like the  new characters much. I can't think of really great episodes.

2) Your least favourite episode? Why?

Slouching Toward Bethlehem maybe...because Cordy's return was poorly done, and announced the destruction of her character. But there are bad episodes in season 1 (like She) and season 3 too...


3) Your least favourite finale? Why?

There's No Place Like Pltz Grb. It's a weak finale, and I dind't like the Pylea arc.

4) Your least favourite beginning? Why?

Judgement probably. I kinda like the 4 others!

5) Your least favourite moment? Why?

I don't know the series enought to pick one...But in season 5, it's in TGIQ when Angel tells Buffy has blue eyes and Spike doesn't correct him. I can understand why...but I don't like my Buffy being treated the way she was treated in that episode.

6) Your least favourite main character? Why?

Fred. She was often annoying, and the way she said "it's my boys" when she was at the hospital in season 5 in AHITW, sums up why I didn't like her much.

7) Your least favourite minor character? Why?

Groo. I think that character was lame and not attractive at all.

8) Your least favourite BB? Why?

The Black Thorn and what they reveal about the SP. I've always wanted the W&H to be simply ruled by humans...I wanted someone like N°5 to be behind the mask.

9)Your least favourite Villain (aka little bad)? Why?

The Beast. Especially in the flash-back thing with Angelus. Very artificial.

10) Your least favourite monster of the week? Why?

The one that impregnated Cordelia (don't recall the name) in Expecting, or the cyborgs in Lineage that were never explained...or the one in She.

11) Your least favourite pairing (one that actually occured on screen)? Why?

Cordelia/Connor. Not the idea itself because it would have been interesting, in a Oedipus-kind-way, and incest has always been a good subject in literature but it wasn't well written. They wasted it.

12) Your least favourite 'ship (one that didn't occur but some fans would believe in it)? Why?

It's a hard one. Angel/Wesley probably. It isn't credible.

13) Your least favourite arc? Why?

The Pylea arc. Really got on my nerves.

14) Your least favourite death? Why?

Fred's death. It was too melodramatic and thus not touching IMO, while Wes' death was moving, Doyl's death heroic, Cordy's death poetic...

Agree with you about Groo - he was never fully developed, and I hated the actor's inane grinning all the time!
