1) Your least favourite season? Why?
Hmm. Either Season One or Season Seven. The former because the characters weren't fully established, the writing wasn't as good as it was later, the acting wasn't as strong. Season Seven because the characters had veered away from what was established, the writing wasn't as good as it had been, and the acting was looking pretty tired from a lot of them. Basically, neither season was at full speed.
2) Your least favourite episode? Why?
Heh. Probably not the best answer to give on YOUR LJ, but probably "Smashed". I really didn't like The Saga of Spuffy that took over the last season and a half.
3) Your least favourite finale? Why?
Probably "Prophecy Girl", although all the season finales have been pretty strong.
4) Your least favourite beginning? Why?
"Lessons", I think... It has one or two good moments, such as the FE at the end, but otherwise it's a pretty by-the-books episode.
5) Your least favourite moment? Why?
The "Magic used to be a metaphor for drugs, but hey, guess what? It isn't any more!" crap in early S7. Yes, a lot of fans didn't like the heavy-handed drug metaphor, but the writers should have at least had the balls to follow through on their story and have Willow quit magic altogether in S7.
6) Your least favourite main character? Why?
Either S6-7 Spike or S6-7 Dawn. Spike because of the aforementioned Spuffy stuff, and Dawn because the writers simply didn't know what to do with her once Glory was out of the picture.
7) Your least favourite minor character? Why?
Jonathan. Not through any particular hatred of the character, I simply don't understand why he's popular with viewers...
8) Your least favourite BB? Why?
Adam. He was a good idea, as the whole of S4 was about isolation vs. cohesiveness. Adam was assembled whilst the Scoobs crumbled. So thematically he worked, but there was no emotional resonance as there was with other BBs.
9)Your least favourite Villain (aka little bad)? Why?
The Trio. They only became vaguely interesting in "Dead Things". The rest of the time they were just annoying. And rarely funny.
10) Your least favourite monster of the week? Why?
The Penis-headed Old Woman. *shudder* Which writer was on crack that week?! :-)
11) Your least favourite pairing (one that actually occured on screen)? Why?
Spuffy. Just didn't like it at all.
12) Your least favourite 'ship (one that didn't occur but some fans would believe in it)? Why?
I never got the Buffy/Giles shippers. He was practically her Dad, for crying out loud! Ew.
13) Your least favourite arc? Why?
Mid Season 7. Simply because nothing happened; what little relevant action that did occur was contradicted or ignored later in the season.

I don't think I really have one. Can I pick least favourite fake death as Giles getting the axe swung at him by the Bringer? Pointless.
