The ceremony will take place on the 24th of February but here's my take on the main categories(and those for which I saw several movies).
Under the lj-cut, the nominations and my pick if I were to vote:

It was a good year for the French cinema and I have seen 5 out of 7 on the list. The two films I didn't see being Intouchables (a comedy and the biggest movie success this year) and La Guerre est déclarée. But as much as I enjoyed Le Havre or Pater or even Polisse, they don't belong to the same league as The Artist or L'Exercice de l'Etat.
My pick: L'Exercice de l'Etat

My pick: Michel Hazanavicius for The Artist. As I said in my short review in October, Hazanavicius is the true artist of the title.

I saw them all and actually liked all of them but Black Swan...
It's really difficult to choose between Incendies and Une Séparation for they were both excellent but I will pick Incendies.
