I can't tell you when Locke found out Hurley's real name, but I seem to remember that he has called him Hugo before and it fits with Locke's personality - using a given name and not a nickname. He's old-fashioned like that.

Yeah, shower scene? Boring.

Rose is a bit of a cliché, but I guess so is Hurley's mum.
