No I was referring to the ending scene of "Know Thy Enemy", it was the third Daniel/Vergis talk after the one at the exhibit and the lunch at his office––I think that Daniel and Vergis were having a drink at the Graystone's house then––when Vergis showed him his tattoes and told him he would tear out his dream and destroy everything he loves. The scene you mentioned happened afterwards in "The Imperfections of Memory" and indeed took place at the arena building.
If I were Daniel I would have told Serge that Vergis was persona non gratajust like he did concerning Lacy or Joseph!
