Yes it was written by Moore. We'll see what Jane will do with the series but as long as Eric Stoltz stays on board I will watch it. :- )

I won't spoil you (my speculations are under the LJ-cut) but I think that the trailer was a bit too spoilerish; it's better to watch the pilot without knowing anything but the name of the two families.
