I have a colleague who had the same symptoms too and 2 night ago she couldn't sleep at all either so it isn't just an insomnia I had, it's the virus.

We have night-time meds (tylenol or other) but I don't have any at home.

PS:Speaking of sharing...You met someone in perosn from the Internet!?!?!?
