Well, for all the reasons you mentioned I don't like travelling either. Every vacation I'll be ill etc., but we do it, because it's a leap we have to take. It's overcoming a fear, a phobia, and that's why we travel. :-)
And I think you don't have to take aspirin. You're period has the fluidity of your blood covered. (Never noticed cuts take longer to stop bleeding when you're having your period?)
