Addendum

Here's a translation in English of Eluard's famous surrealist poem I used in my previous lost entry:

The Earth is blue like an orange )

A treat before bed

A friend called me to check on me and tell me that The Untouchables was on telly! I just love that film ! It is De Palma's best work in my opinion. Costner is an interesting Eliot Ness (and we get a great shot on his beautiful green eyes before he kills Nitty) , David Mamet is an excellent writer (The Spanish Prisoner would be a perfect example of his talent!), the action scenes are really entertaining and there's Sean Connery...

So I turned the tv on and it was the scene of Malone's death. Ennio Morricone's score and Costner whispering "Jimmy, Jimmy" on a bloody dying Sean Connery get me every time...so I cried as usual. And again in the end when Ness looks at the photograph and the music starts.

I think that crying might be good for my cold-flu, it helps to clear my nose.

Still up

Because I found this, I had to share.

It is the 5 best Buffy episodes according to tv squad. I agree about the first one, Hush is a true masterpiece, and I'm thrilled to see an episode with my beloved Ethan Rayne in the top five, but where is the brilliant Restless and where is my favourite episode, Fool For Love?

I just drank a Chinese tea with low theine content so I should be able to sleep now.

Goodnight Internet people.
